All the ingredients are sourced seasonally from iconic origins. Think South America, the Caribbean, East Africa and Australia.
The cocoa is carefully fermented by hand and sun-dried on patios. Roast temperatures are help and 138°c to deliver full, bright cocoa character and maximum flavour.
The pink salt is gently dried in the Murray-Darling basin, reducing salinity in the local river ecosystem.
